Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase provided that they are used in accordance with our recommendations Ironwork Care for caring for the product. If you have experienced a problem with our product, please contact us and we will repair or replace the defective item.
Return Policy
For a period of up to 15 days from the date that you receive our product, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price of the product provided that it is returned to us in the same condition in which you recieved it. If you have a concern with one of our products please contact us, and we will do our best to promptly address your concerns.
