To purchase a gift certificate, perform the following steps:
- Select the desired denomination of gift certificate.
- Add the certificate to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Upon completion of your purchase you will be emailed a gift certificate and will receive an email confirming your purchase.
- The gift certificate may be printed and inserted in a card, or you may forward it to the recipient by email.
- The gift certificate will contain a unique code that will enable redemption of the cerfificate when placing an order.
To redeem a gift certificate:
- Select and place an order on our website following the normal Add to Cart and Checkout processes.
- The last step in the Checkout process contains a title Coupon or Promotional Reference where you enter your gift certificate number.
- When you enter Next, your order information will be updated to reflect the credit of your gift certificate.
- IMPORTANT:
- if the value of your purchase is more than the certificate you must proceed for payment of the balance by hitting the Submit button
- if the value of your purchase is less than the cerfificate, you need only hit the NEXT tab to complete the order
- You will be notified by emai that your order has been received and will be processed. Contact Us if you have any concerns.
What happens to my remaining credit if the value of my purchase is less than the value of my certificate?
- Your certifcate will be adjusted to the balance remaining after purchase.
- If you do not wish to make an additional purchase, Contact Us and we will mail you a check for the balance.
